Much of our artwork hangs on our walls and the walls of a few close friends. We thought that keeping it somewhere more public might be a good idea. So here is that more public place....

This is still one of my favorite paintings that I have ever done. I always loved watching the large cumulus clouds build. On the Colorado front range it was a daily occurrence during the summertime.
I am proud of the amount of colors that I forced myself to use in the clouds. Sometimes it is scary to put such heavy and different colors into a light subject, like a cloud. But I did it and I like the results.
